COLOUR RHYTHM SUMMER ART CAMP
PERFECT FOR MONTESSORI STUDENTS
4 SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR KIDS WHO ARE 4 YEARS OLD
This camp is designed for younger children who thrive creatively. Our Reggio approach is an innovative and inspiring approach to early childhood education which values the child as strong, capable and resilient; rich with wonder and knowledge. Every child brings with them deep curiosity and potential and this innate curiosity drives their interest to understand their world and their place within it. There is a strong focus on social collaboration, working in groups, where each child is an equal participant, having their thoughts and questions valued. The adult is not the giver of knowledge. Children search out the knowledge through their own investigations. We have designed an absolutely stunning line up of colourful, rich and simply beautiful art projects to inspire your children to express themselves creatively within the arts.
TUESDAY: Spectra Tissue Paintings, Dropper Dye Paintings, Rainbow Eruption Paintings
WEDNESDAY: Free Form Pottery, Clay Habitats, Herbal Play Dough
THURSDAY: Swipe Art, Collaborative Spray Mural, Wildflower Crowns

Each day we will explore a Loose Parts Activity: Loose parts encourage tinkering and experimenting. They can be designed and redesigned, pulled apart and rearranged, they can be used to explore complex concepts.
