SPECIAL HOLIDAY STUDIO

Welcome to a wonderful weekend ornament-making class at The Imagination Studio! In this special two hour class, students create their very own hand-drawn metal ornament. Together we will draw our designs and create a treasured and shiny ornament for the tree. Students will explore a celestial theme so they can reach for the stars.

Artists have been pressing designs into metal for thousands of years, from ancient Egypt to old-fashioned European tinsmith shops. In this class, kids will learn to “draw with tools” using soft sheets of metal to create shimmering relief designs.will explore the process of
