At The Imagination Studio!

Let's defy gravity. Together. 

Join me in the studio for a Wicked inspired weekend drawing class! Students will choose to draw Elphaba or Glinda in an anime style using our fine art materials, gentle guidance and inspiring studio vibes. Together we will learn how simple shapes  and the language of colour create the building blocks of bringing these inspiring characters to page.

Wicked to me, is a story about embracing difference, choosing to rise up in a world built on othering, stepping into power while remaining open, discerning and vulnerable. It's about helping the animals and protecting their rights and freedoms. It's a story for anyone who has ever felt excluded, unseen or underestimated. And it's oh so pop-u-lar, full of vivid colours, magnificent set design, twists and turns and costumes inspired by the depths of imagination. These classes are designed to be as fun as they are enriching and welcome all skill levels. Students will leave with a whimsical drawing on paper and discover new ways of drawing from inspiration and from intuition. 

Pre-registration required. All supplies provided.
