THIS ART CAMP IS SERIES OF COLOURFUL ART LESSONS AND IMAGINATIVE PROJECT INVITATIONS THAT WILL INSPIRE STUDENTS TO SEE THE WORLD AROUND THEM THROUGH THEIR EYES AS AN ARTIST.

Dive into a world of colour, texture, and design! In this summer art camp at The Imagination Studio camp every sheet of paper is a playground for creativity. Students will explore how colour, texture can tell stories without words.
Eric Carle taught the art world and generations of young artists that creativity thrives in process, experimentation and the joy of materials. He showed that bold colour, playful textures and thoughtful composition can communicate as powerfully as words, and that simplicity, when combined with imagination, can be extraordinary.
Inspired by the work of Eric Carle, we’ll discover how the act of creating art can be just as meaningful as the final piece. Students will experiment with painted papers, textures, and layering techniques, embracing happy accidents, unexpected surprises, and bold experimentation as essential steps in artistic growth.
Through this process, we’ll explore how unexpected tools and thoughtful creative thinking can produce sophisticated results. Students will learn how colour, shape, and contrast can tell stories, how bold colours capture attention and evoke emotion, and how repetition and pattern can make images memorable. This is a masterclass in composition!
This is a camp where time in the studio is an investment in confidence focus and self-expression and moments in the studio are designed to nurture skill, curiosity and joy. Collage is a way to turn imagination into tangible art that communicates. By the end of camp, students will leave with their own vibrant paper library, striking Eric Carle–inspired collages, and a deeper understanding of how process, creativity, and experimentation can bring any artistic vision to life.
This camp celebrates the love of painting, exploration, design and vision.
This art camp is open to students ages five and up and is designed to celebrate process over perfection welcoming artists of all experience levels. This camp is intentionally multi age, creating a studio environment where younger students bring bold, fearless ideas and older artists explore greater depth and detail, inspiring one another through shared creative energy in the studio.
Parents please join us on the last day of camp for our summer camp Art Show. Your kiddos will have their artworks on display for you to see and celebrate their artistic achievements.
Students will leave with not only beautiful art pieces- but also total confidence only an art class at The Imagination Studio can bring. Summer Art Camps at The Imagination Studio carve out a special kind of creative magic for your kids.
CAMP DETAILS
DATES: MONDAY-THURSDAY JULY 6/7/8/9 ✸ 2026
INVESTMENT: Early bird (registration opens February 1- March 31, 2025) $475 + HST. Later bird (register April 1-June 15, 2025) $500 + HST
CAMP HOURS: 9AM-3:00PM *Studio doors open at 8:55AM. *Thursday parents please stop in for our art show at 3:00PM. The studio doors close at 3:30PM

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION. PLEASE NOTE A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REFUNDS WITHIN THIS TIME. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD. IF BOOKING FOR SUMMER CAMP, ANY BOOKINGS RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 1ST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD IS VOID. THIS IS TOO CLOSE TO CAMP START DATES AND CONSIDERED LAST MINUTE BOOKING FOR US. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD, AND NO ADJUSTMENTS, CREDITS FOR FUTURE SERVICES OR POSTPONEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLED, MISSED OR PARTIALLY ATTENDED CLASSES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK OR IF THERE ARE SCHEDULE CONFLICTS. CANCELLATIONS THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS INCLUDING THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR GOOGLE CALENDARS ARE NOT VALID. IF YOUR CHILD IS UNABLE TO ATTEND CAMP AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER YOUR CHILD’S SPOT TO A KNOWN FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER YOU MAY SUBMIT BY E-MAIL TO THE IMAGINATION STUDIO A REQUEST TO TRANSFER YOUR CHILD’S SPOT BY NO LESS THAN JUNE 1ST OF THAT PROGRAM YEAR. REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER JUNE 1ST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS (BEFORE JUNE 1ST) DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CHILD’S SPOT WILL BE FILLED AND THAT THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT APPLIES FOR ALL BOOKINGS, REGARDLESS OF CAMP TRANSFERS IF YOUR CHILD’S SPOT IS FILLED.
