Inky Birds: AN ADUlT DRAWING CLASS

Let’s Wing It!

Loose, expressive, and a little unpredictable in the best way. In this adult art class, you’ll explore drawing with ink through a small collection of striking Ontario birds, chosen for their bold shapes and natural whimsy. With thoughtful, experienced support, you’ll turn those forms into playful, character-filled ink paintings.

No erasers, no pressure just ink, movement and a chance to let go of perfection. Expect quirky lines, happy accidents, and artwork that feels alive.

Ink drawings often feel flow-y and often blur the lines between painting and drawing. These classes are designed to be as fun as they are enriching and welcome all skill levels. Guests will leave with a whimsical ink drawing on paper and discover new ways of drawing from life and from intuition. 

Pre-registration required. All materials provided. 

INVESTMENT: $30 + HST
CLASS TIME: 3:30PM-4:30PM (1 hour)
AGES 18+

DATE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2026. 

LOCATION: L.E. Shore Library, 173 Bruce Street, South, Thornbury

★ art friendly clothes (ink does not wash out) aprons are provided but cannot guarantee full coverage/protection.
