SHARED CREATIVITY: A MOTHER & DAUGHTER ART CLASS

Step into The Imagination Studio, where I’ll welcome you into a space filled with thoughtfully chosen materials, creative possibility, and a calm, supportive energy that lets you settle in and begin. I’ll be there to guide you, set the tone, and gently lead the experience—so you can relax, feel taken care of, and simply create together.

In this art class, mothers and daughters are invited to connect through painting and drawing in a way that feels both meaningful and fun. You don’t need to come with ideas or experience, I will provide thoughtful prompts, clear guidance, and a selection of themes so there’s no pressure to “figure it out.”

Together, you’ll be working on a diptych: a single artwork made of two parts. One sheet of paper will be divided in half: one for you, one for her. You’ll each paint your own piece, side by side, exploring a shared idea in your own way. At the end, your two halves come together as separate expressions forming one complete image.

If you’re coming as a trio, one mother and two daughters, you’re welcome to create a triptych: three connected pieces that unfold into a single story.

You will have access to watercolour paints, acrylic paints, pastels and markers so you can play with colour and drawing in whichever mix of mediums inspire you both.

I’ll provide a curated selection of themes, like day and night, mirrored imagery, or shared forms so you can focus on the experience rather than the planning. Take the mental load off mamas! You’ll be supported every step of the way.

No perfection required. Just presence, process, and a piece of art that only the two (or three) of you could create.

STUDIO HOURS: 3:30PM-5PM.

LOCATION: The Imagination Studio, 186 Marsh Street, Clarksburg, ON.

INVESTMENT: 150 + HST (includes both mother and daughter).

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER THE 7 DAY BOOKING PERIOD. NO ADJUSTMENTS, CREDITS FOR FUTURE SERVICES OR POSTPONEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLED, MISSED OR PARTIALLY ATTENDED CLASSES.
